I generally use it when I wake up, but you can try it out during the day or before going to sleep too.
Another thing I like to do daily is a short reflection practice that consists of three parts.
So prepare your space, with your devices offline, a journal and a pen, maybe some relaxing tunes, your beverage of choice, take a breath and prepare to write down these three things:
